Formed in mid-2008 and based in Centurion, South Africa, Hydra Media aims to be a quality provider of all forms of media to the local, emerging market.

The goal with Hydra is to create a place where multi-talented, creative individuals can come together to create quality that could rival even international studios.

Hydra's services span the gamut of all major physical and digital media. This includes everything from corporate identity projects to full-blown 3D animation and post-production work.

Hydra dispenses with office space, lengthy meetings and other common practices in favour of an open-ended development cycle and environment allowing our designers the freedom to dedicate their time to their work as they see fit while keeping deadlines squarely in our sights.

Our underlining principle is to dedicate ourselves to our clients, and their needs, at the most affordable price possible.

Hydra Media supports open source software and all our work is produced using a fully open-source toolkit.
